USA Summer Internship

The USA Summer Internship program in the USA is an international student or young professional exchange program which is the best way for graduates of European higher education institutions to gain in-depth knowledge in their chosen specialty at Harvard, Yale University and other prominent US universities.

USA Summer Internship allows you to enter in to an internship in the summertime, which is free from school. The summer internship program is designed for 60 days, not including the "day of arrival" and "departure day" of the Trainee, and is held traditionally from July 1 to August 30.

The internship program at leading US universities requires a good level of English. If the Trainee does not have a required level, then language courses are organized for them to improve their level.

The program Summer Internship is intended for students of 3rd, 4th, 5th years of higher educational institutions, graduate students, as well as young specialists who received a diploma a maximum of 12 months ago.

In order to become a participant of USA Summer Internship, you will need the following documents in English:

  • A letter of intent to the Foundation Board, indicating the purpose of the internship and the reasons for choosing you.
  • Detailed CV.
  • Confirmation of English proficiency, such as TOEFL scores with a 550 point minimum, or a document from a language school or university.
  • Three recommendations from teachers, one recommendation may be from a current employer.
  • Confirmation of academic progress or University diploma with a transcript of grades.
  • A photocopy of a passport, valid for at least 10 months before the expiration date, and visas in the US (if any).

The Educational Grant for participation in the "USA Summer Internship" includes the following costs of the Trainees:

  • Preparing of student visa for entering the US, allowing the Intern to work during the Internship program.
  • Flight ticket from Moscow to the location of internship and back to Moscow.
  • Preparation of an individual Internship program, including practical lessons on the chosen topic and training.
  • Payment for scientific advisors for the preparation of scientific publications in American and foreign issues.

An intern is provided with free accommodation and medical insurance during their stay in the United States. Applications for participation in the program can be sent by email: asafound@gmail.com to: USA Summer Internship.
